Summer Programs 2009
College Now @ Queens College
Summer Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences
The Queens College Summer Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences is a unique opportunity to see how art and society merge and interact.
Not only will you experience college life and earn college credit by taking courses in acting, mythology and social issues, you will engage with writers, musicians, and artists who drop by for talks and readings. Off campus, you will explore the cultural diversity of New York with field trips to museums and performances.
Throughout the summer you'll be accompanied and supported by trained mentors, and also receive special instruction on how to utilize the campus library and other facilities.
