College Now @ Bronx Community College
Summer Business and Entrepreneurship Academy
In an increasingly high-tech and competitive world, learning computer skills has become not only an asset, but a necessity in today’s society. Computer literacy helps to establish both analytical and technical skills required for interactive learning and student achievement. Register for a morning college level course ELC 15: Computer Applications in Technology (2 credits) and learn how to create business documents, spreadsheets, graphs, databases and presentations. In the afternoon, take our exciting virtual enterprise workshop where students learn to work in teams within a simulated business environment.
This five-week program helps students to develop 21st century computer and entrepreneurial skills. Students will gain valuable experience in exploring various job and career opportunities in a virtual business setting.
