College Now @ York College
Summer Art Program
Color is all around us, but have you ever thought about why we perceive it as we do or how it affects our everyday life? Find out in a college-level Visual Design course on color where you will explore the ways in which humans perceive and react to certain colors and color mixtures and investigate different three-dimensional construction techniques using traditional, experimental and environmentally friendly materials. In the afternoon sculpture course, you'll apply your new skills to creating art pieces based on the program's yearly theme.
